| Job Description |

Report to the Corporate Internal Audit Director and lead a small team of internal audit staff based in Hong Kong.

Responsible to manages the day-to-day operation of the audit team in the HK office, including the audit planning, execution, arrangement and coordination with local management and obtain their confirmation over the issues identified by the team members.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operating departments, Regional Management Team and/or local management teams, etc.) to produce clear and concise audit plans that help identifying the risks areas within the business function/operating division.

Review periodically the draft audit reports as prepared by the audit team and the audit working papers prepared.

Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities.

IdentifiY potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future such as operation manual or presentation for compliance review.

University degree in Accounting or a related field

Qualified accountant

Minimum 6 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

Good command in spoken and written English

Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
