Our client is a global sportswear retailer and manufacturer. With the continue expansion in the Asia region, they are looking for a seasoned finance professional to join their firm as their Regional Senior Finance Manager.

• Supervise the team & oversee the daily financial operation, covering accounts & payable financial management, claims management and supplier financing program management.
• Establish & supervise effective operation procedure and performance expectation to ensure timely and accurate accounting and payment of vendor invoices and payable.
• Establish & supervise the structural monthly financial closing, reporting, account review and follow-up procedures to achieve effective control & management of vendor payable and timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Oversee the policies establishment, execution and maintenance of claims operation to ensure accurate and timely accounting of vendor and customer claims, adequate provision of claim exposure.
• Oversee the overall monthly financial close and reporting of trading company to ensure timely, accurate financial results and follow-up.
• Drive continuous process improvement and system development to achieve financial control effectiveness and operation efficiency.
• Supervise the staff and supports their professional and career development

• University degree holder with Business Administration / Finance major preferable.
• Qualified accountant from one of the recognized professional accounting bodies.
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level, in sizable and multinational trading environment.
• Previous experience in sourcing, international trading, consumer product industry is an advantage
• Previous experience in process & system enhancement projects is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
