| Job Description |

Be a key contact regarding process analysis and - modelling
-
Collaborate with various functions to measure and improve operation efficiency and profitability
-
Plan and manage key projects across multiple countries and sourcing divisions, ensuring defined project plans and expected benefits are realised.

Build up a profound knowledge of end to end supply processes within the Group.

Evaluate existing processes in view of end to end product launch process and performance. Make recommendations for their optimisation to the business stakeholders.

Work across functions as a representative to identify and solve issues that may post impact to the operational

Ensure processes are standardized, documented and implemented across the organization and that process changes are reflected in manuals and policies.

Assist in creating business cases by collaboratively working with other functions to allow for objective financial evaluation of key initiatives.

| Job Requirements |
 |

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, Masters in Business Administration desirable
-
Minimum 8 years related business operations or process improvement project management experience. For candidate with less experience can be consider as Manager.

Proven ability to apply business process redesign methodology to develop effective solutions to business problems
-
Project management certification required
-
Consulting experience strongly preferred
-
ERP experience desired
-
Effective integration of appropriate change management/training activities, suitable for varying cultures/functions, to support attainment of desired project outcomes and business benefits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must speak fluent English plus a Chinese dialect
