| Job Description |

Report to the Director of Food & Beverage

Full P&L responsibility

Staff hiring, training
-
Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships and handle all guest request
-
Prepare with the outlet team, a yearly marketing plan for the revenue centre
-
Monitor employee morale and provide mechanisms for performance feedback and development

| Job Requirements |
|

Degree holder in Hospitality Management
-
Minimum 10 years' hotel / high-end entertainment bar / lounge experience in F&B operations at senior management level, ideally with bar & lounge pre-opening experience in Hong Kong or Macau

Formal training in F&B operations and administration
-
Fluent in both spoken and written English. Cantonese & Mandarin would be an added advantage
