Our Client is a well established bags manufacturer with factories in China. Due to its business expansion, they are cordially inviting high calibre Merchandising Manager to join the company and station in their Dongguan office.

• Lead and monitor a team of merchandisers in daily operations and sample follow up
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sample room, production, purchasing team
• Work with customers on product development, new material sourcing, technical and quality issues

• At least 6 years of experiences in bags business (trading or manufacturing sectors)
• Solid work experiences gained previously from sizable bag sourcing office or bag factories
• Good knowledge in functional bag / luggage making process and familiar with fabric, raw material and components sourcing
• Pro-active, good negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary
• Open-minded, flexible, excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and people management
