Our client is a leading US based multinational company. They are now looking for a seasoned Human Resources Director for their Asia Pacific headquarter in Hong Kong.

• Report to the CEO and dotted line to global Head of HR. Supervise a sizeable HR team across Asia Pacific
• Provide strong partnership to the business leaders in Asia Pacific; participate in the business strategy and coaching senior management on people management issues
• Lead the design, development and delivery of strategic and operational HR services in talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development and organizational development

• A degree or equivalent qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
• A minimum of 15 years of human resources experience gained from multinational companies
• Excellent language skills in English and Chinese
• Result oriented, assertive and able to work in collaboration with people
