About Our Client

A OEM/ODM company with HQ in HK and manufacturing plant in South China is now seeking for Director, Quality Assurance

Job Description
  • Lead the QA team to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers' expectation.
  • Budget preparation and closely monitor the expenditure of the department.
  • Setting QA compliance objectives and make sure targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with internal departments to make sure quality issues are well resolved.
  • Identify on-going quality issues and make recommendation to drive for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct failure analysis and develop corrective action plan and set for preventive measurement.
  • Deliver accurate and timely quality control analysis report to management and customers.
  • Manage internal and external audit programs
  • Develop and implement quality-training programs for internal staff.
  • Provide technical advice on all quality assurance issues.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or above in Quality Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 10 years solid experience in quality management gained from manufacturing environment preferably in electrical appliances or household product field.
  • Working experience in China manufacturing industry is a must.
  • Sound knowledge of ISO system (ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 etc.) and other safety regulatory requirement (ROHS, PAH, UL-CSA, UL, TUV, JIS etc.).
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong personal integrity and professional ethics.
  • Excellence interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Work and station in our Shenzhen plant is required.
