Our client is an international consumer goods retailer. With the continue expansion in Asia, they are looking for a seasoned supply chain professional to join their regional team as Regional Senior Supply Chain Manager.

• Develop the product supply strategy for the Asia product vendor base to global end destinations and directly supervise a team of planners to execute planned strategy
• Drive supply chain performance improvements through generating timely and accurate analysis according to globally agreed supply chain product management metric standards.
• Work with Demand Planning team globally, review, update and align product supply strategy on a regular basis
• Work with Asia Production team on capacity planning for Asia vendor base
• Provide analyses on Supply Chain performance related to this operation.
• Drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain performance related to this operation.
• Work with other Supply Chain teams in Asia in driving better customer service for Asia

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of Supply Chain experience, with at least 4 years of managerial experience
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in using computer software
• Experience in using Planning tools e.g. Manugistics, SAP an advantage
• Good command of English (verbal/ written)
• Proactive, independent and organized
