Liaise and develop strong partnership with internal stakeholders to develop various business improvement plan

Provide executive support on key initiatives to drive operational improvement and risk mitigations

Understand the trade operations and design various process improvement initiatives
-
Identify and lead breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and process improvement
|

| Job Requirements |
|

University graduated with a minimum of 10 years banking experience
-
Solid understanding and working experience from Trade Operations
-
A minimum of 4 years project management experience in process re-engineering area
-
Strong communication and partner engagement skills
-
PMP or Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt will be an advantage

Fluent in English and Chinese
