Report to the SVP of C&B
-
Responsible for ensuring the competitiveness of C&B packages, provide support on analysis and recommendation in the design and development of C&B programs that support business strategy

Advise HR business partners and country HRs on C&B issues

Responsible for C&B harmonization projects and to ensure alignment with global indicatives

| Job Requirements |
|

University graduate with degree or equivalent qualifications in Human Resources
-
8 - 10 years of C&B experience gained from multinational companies, ideally from financial institutions
-
Resourceful, self driven, able to work independently
-
Hands on, team player, proactive, good presentation skills
